Special Holiday Information
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to have all parcels dispatched the same day when ordered by Midday on a Weekday or the next business day when ordering after Midday or on the Weekend. (Sydney time).
During the Christmas period this may not always be possible however we are doing all we can to meet these guidelines on most days.
DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES
Please note these dates are calculated using dates provided by Australia Post. While we find these dates are generally accurate, we do rely on Auspost and therefore dates cannot be guaranteed. If you are concerned that your delivery may be cutting it too fine we recommend opting for Express Post.

Tuesday December 23 will be our last day.
We will return on Wednesday January 7. The warehouse will be dispatching on this day however we expect a large backlog and so we cannot guarantee our usual 1 business day dispatch immediately on our return. We expect to be caught up and meeting dispatch guidelines within a week of reopening.

If more items are ordered with a PRE-ORDERED item, the whole order will be shipped when all styles are available.

In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order, or a full refund.
For some customers, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and charges. These are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. Please note that any of these additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
